Refunds
Refunds will be made only for events canceled or postponed, excluding delivery and service fees. Refunds will only be honoured within 30 days of event cancellation.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges, when permitted, will be made only prior to the event date.

Lost Tickets
Tickets lost, stolen or destroyed will not be replaced.

Camera Policy

Many guests are extremely excited about seeing their favourite artist perform to ensure that this special moment is preserved by taking pictures. To ensure you fully enjoy your experience at the Eastlink Centre and are not disappointed or inconvenienced; we would like to provide you with the Eastlink Centre standard camera policy and some general information about taking pictures at our events.

It is extremely important to know that each event will have its own unique restrictions on photography and video; but generally the following standard restrictions apply to all Eastlink Centre events:

No Video Recording from any source – No Audio Recording from any source – No Professional Camera.

The Eastlink Centre defines a professional camera as “a camera, digital or otherwise, with a detachable/interchangeable lens of any size/type”. Additionally, the Eastlink Centre staff reserves the right to restrict use of types of cameras should they feel the quality and/or type of camera fail to protect the artist and/or venue’s interests.

Accessible Seating:
Accessible seating is located throughout the building depending on the event and location of the stage.

Unannounced Patrons on the Night of an Event:
Guests who need accessible seating but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
